Crossroads: A nurse's story (video)

Hs5101 madam chin showed us this video which highlight:
- the clinical nursing environment
- identify nurse's roles and responsibilities
- determine the aspect of nurse's work which causes stress
- management strategies to handle stress

This is a very nice show. I believe most new nurses will go through this "doubt-herself" stage if their "dream" job really is like that when they faces the reality of hospital working environment.

I could understand nurse kate's struggle. I could not control my tears rolling towards the end of the show.
My friend Ruifan, sitting beside me cried as well. We are the 2 emotional ladies in the entire lecture group....
